DAY 01. ARRIVAL IN MEXICO CITY

Reception at the airport or bus terminal in Mexico City. Transfer to the hotel. Free time at leisure. Lodging.

 

DAY 02.MEXICO CITY – MORELIA – PATZCUARO

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we will depart from Mexico City to Patzcuaro City; on the way we will visit the typical town of Morelia, considered a World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful of the colonial era where we can admire its monumental cathedral, the Government Palace, the Martyrs’ Square and the typical candy market, as well as its famous aqueduct and the impressive Guadalupe Chapel; we will continue to Patzcuaro. Overnight in Patzcuaro or Morelia, according to the operation. Lodging.

 

DAY 03. PATZCUARO – GUADALAJARA

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit of the House of the Eleven Patios, the Basilica of Our Lady of Health, the Gertrudis Bocanegra Library with its murals painted by Juan O’Gorman, the Don Vasco de Quiroga square and its typical market. At the appointed time we will leave for Guadalajara, visiting en route Vicente Fernandez’s ranch, Los Tres Potrillos, as far as his guards allow since it is a private property; we will visit his restaurant for lunch on your own and his store considered -the largest cowboy store in the world‖. DAY 04. GUADALAJARA – TEQUILA – TLAQUEPAQUE – GUADALAJARA

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure to the region of -Tequila, name of the ancestral and famous Mexican drink. In the town of Amatitlán, you will visit one of the best distilleries of this drink and where you will be able to see its elaboration process. At the end of this visit, continuation to San Pedro Tlaquepaque; at one time a town near Guadalajara and today part of the same city. The inhabitants of this place are dedicated to the manufacture of blown glass in addition to finding spectacular handicrafts of all kinds. Return to Guadalajara. Lodging.

 

DÍA 05.            GUADALAJARA – GUANAJUATO

Desayuno en el hotel. Visitaremos el Teatro Degollado, la catedral, la Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres, el Palacio de Gobierno con los espléndidos murales de Orozco, la Plaza Tapatía y una panorámica del Hospicio Cabañas declarado patrimonio cultural de la humanidad. Por la tarde continuación hacia Guanajuato; llegada al hotel. Alojamiento.

 

DÍA 06.            GUANAJUATO – SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE

Desayuno en el hotel. Visita de esta hermosa ciudad colonial Patrimonio cultural de la humanidad, sede anual del Festival Internacional Cervantino. Disfrutaremos conociendo esta bella ciudad, llena de pintorescos y angostos callejones y plazas, que nos ofrece lugares tan interesantes como la Universidad, el Teatro Juárez, el callejón del Beso, la casa-museo del muralista Diego Rivera, esposo de Frida Kahlo. Sus calles y avenidas subterráneas son únicas en el país, la casa de Jorge Negrete, el museo del Quijote y su famoso museo de las Momias. Por la tarde, continuación a San Miguel de Allende; recientemente nombrado patrimonio cultural de la humanidad. Llegada y visita de la ciudad, la cual cuenta con bellas y espectaculares mansiones coloniales y su Parroquia de estilo neo gótico, única en México y símbolo de esta bella ciudad colonial. Alojamiento.

 

DAY 07. SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE – QUERÉTARO – MEXICO CITY

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by road to Queretaro, a historic and cultural city, a World Heritage Site, which was very important during the War of Independence. In the afternoon return to Mexico City. Overnight in Mexico City.

 

DAY 08. MEXICO CITY

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport for your departure flight. END OF OUR SERVICES.
